Fuze dial broken

It seems that that "spin" and partial click mode on my daughter's Fuze is not working. I just successfully downloaded the newest firmware but, it still seems to not work correctly.
Anyone?

2) by SPIN, you mean the front wheel?
3) can you explain "partial click".

Sure the wheel on the front turns or spins (however you may want to describe the function) but the display does not respond in kind. The click function for the wheel actually seems to not be working at all now. The screen is working well and it turns on and off but, it seems the main wheel is non functioning now. I had it playing voice files earlier today. I managed to return it to the home screen but it is not working now.

Sounds like the wheel is toast. I'd contact SanDisk and see about an RMA. Or the store, if it's not too old.

I believe the warranty from SanDisk is 1yr.
