It SHOULD be on their website, but its not. When I emailed them to ask why its not on their site I got this response because its exactly a year this month since I bought my player.

Seriously... because they won't provide the software on their own site to support their device they tell me to buy a new one... really... as if getting a virus and have to reinstall windows and everything back onto my computer I have to deal with this too...
