iriver spinn wont play FLAC

Hey,

I copied some FLAC music across to my iriver spinn, and before it started copying across a warning popped up saying that it cant play this format and i should convert it to a different format. I ignored this warning and still copied the music onto my player, and when i tried to play the FLAC songs they would not play I have firmware 2.10 currently on my player.

any suggestion why the format is not working when it should?

That's odd... Is it in UMS mode? Because I think you only get that warning when it's in MTP mode - and I don't think MTP mode likes it when you drag and drop.

FLAC plays fine for me, although I'm struggling to find a way to get album art working on it.

I have some FLAC's who do not showup in 'music', even after a library recreate.
However, when going to 'files' and selecting the flac-file, then the track plays without a problem.
Maybe an issue for the next firmware upgrade?

thanks for the help!! changed the connection mode from MTP to UMS and all is good!! just need to redownload the games now and put all my music back on
