Connection gone

I bought my 8GB Samsung T10 last year and was very happy, however last week my connection cable (which works with other T10's) doesn't seem to connect my T10 to the computer. Although I can charge my player I cannot connect it and transfer files so was wondering whether or not a bluetooth dongle (yet to be bought) would be able to connect my T10 to the computer like the USB would. Any reply appreciated and if the player is bricked cpould I get some suggestions for my new player (thinking 16GB P3), cheers.

Wow this forum is so dead. Yes that will work. Bluetooth file transfer is pretty slow unfortunately. This could probably be fixed if you had any soldering skills.
