I have a Sansa View and I'm using windows xp. I'm used to mp3 players being like hard drives and being able to right click on the player in the drive listing and viewing the properties. This normally displays the pie chart with the used/free disk space. This option isn't available anymore and I can't figure out how to see how much disk space is in use while I'm trying to refill my player.
When I right click on the sansa view in the drive listing I only see Open, Explore, Format, and Sort by Name. When I click on the folders on the player there is an option to view the folder properties but the size field is empty. It's difficult to refill my player because I can't keep track of how much space I'm using as I go. How can I view the used space from the computer without unplugging the player? |
