Whats the give?

Why does every song end up with the same album art or sometimes none at all.

Sure some don't have album art so they should be left with the grey Walkman symbol, but every song with Blackhawk Down as it's art is a bother.

What could I be doing wrong or haven't done, even I tunes tried but......it's driving my nuts!
