Unfortunately that isn't actually a theme, it's just a mock-up he made.
 Making a theme that works like an ipod touch is really hard, when I tried (still trying xD) I encountered a lot of problems because it only displays 7 (or 9 I'm not sure) icons so when you scroll icons in the wrong place disappear and reappear. If anyone knows how to workaround that, please let me know.
