T10 - Videos not transferring from PC

Hi

Has anyone had any trouble transferring video's over to their T10? I didnt until today. I can transfer photos and music but any type of video - movie or avi file from my camera - wont transfer over. I have even tried to change the file type and transfer it over via windows but it just says its not a supported format. I can delete videos from the T10, I have over a gig in space available, I just cant put new stuff on there and its VERY frustrating.

I am going into hospital on the 11th May and was hoping to take my T10 with movies with me to alleviate the boredem.

I even tried reinstalling the SMS programme - still nothing. What I have noticed is after I select all the right options for transferring, a box appears for a slpit second in the top left hand corner of my computer screen and also a small icon (I think it looks like a movie reel) in the task bar in the bottom right hand corner - but they appear for less than a second.
