I put the bass +1 on the master EQ but still don't bother with any of the enhancements except bass and clarity.

I personally like to have the 3D settings on just a bit, I think it adds just a bit of extra life into the music
but thats just btw, I LOVE the P3's SQ!!!!

Some of the preset EQs are actually pretty good as far as the EQ settings go, but the added 3D & Concert effects are a bit overkill so I prefer to create my own.
MyDNSe Primary Music Genres: Jazz & Orchestral Primary Earphones: Phonak PFE 112 User 1: Primary Jazz Profile 0 .-2 .5 .0 .2 .0 .-2 Bass=1 Carity=-1 Music used while testing: A Kind of Blue by Miles Davis / Cool Jazz User 2: Secondary Jazz Profile for Live/concert recordings 5. 2. 0. 0. 3. 6. 0 3D=2 Bass=1 Carity= 1 Music used while testing: Agharta by Miles Davis / Jazz-Rock Fusion User 3: General Purpose. 0. 0. 0. 0. 0. 0. 0 Bass=1 Clarity=1 Music used while testing: The soundtrack to Signs composed by James Newton Howard / Film Score / Orchestral I also use this profile for music outside of my usual genres, general purpose profile. Is it possible to edit the preset EQs? I would like use them because of the Auto feature.

Yea, I use the 3D settings too. They do add a bit to the music.

No but you can copy user preset 1-3, rename them and copy the renamed files back to the p3 and have more "user" presets available.

In EmoDio, you can mess with the presets. All you would need to do is change the speakers to headphones. That is the only thing I use EmoDio for.

I noticed that when I leave the DNSe on Auto it selects Studio for Soundtracks. How do I make it select normal, or create a Soundtrack EQ and have it Auto Select according to the tag? I've made some new Presets with Emodio, but I don't know how to make them work with the Auto Feature.

The auto feature is directly related to playlists made in emodio.
You make both the DNSe preset and the playlist in Emodio, tranfer over both the DNSe and the Playlist and corresponding music via emodio. Then when you select that playlist, it auto loads the associated DNSe. That's the only bit I know about the auto DNSe feature. |

They are under the DNSe settings. instead of selecting a DNSe preset select the one called myDNSe. You will see options for clarity and bass in there.
