I used to have an e280 and rockboxed killed my battery (it used to last 2 - 3 hours and discharged even when it was off). Should I expect similar issues with my Fuze?

Thats nonsense. You just have a defective battery.

That's the nature of rechargeable batteries: they discharge even when not in use. But 2-3 hours battery life is really bad--it's close to the end of its useful life. At least the battery is easy to change in the E200, unlike the Fuze.
My problem is calibration. Rockbox says my battery is only 91% charged even after it's been on the charger all night and I don't know how to fix that or even if I can. |
