Portable Video Converter

I Love my Insignia Sport, but i have a problem

I have no computer I can install the conversion software.

But I do have a Thumb drive thats U3 compatible, a computer I CAN download stuff on, and a huge stack of media piling up on said memory stick

So can anyone recommend a good portable Media converter? One that can convert videos for the sport, doesn't need an install, and is free. (Hey, if I had money, I wouldn't have to use the library computers, right?)

Converting .Wav to .MP3 would be cool, but not necessary
