backing up player database

I would like to know if you can backup the player's database only.

I would like to do that so If I reformat I don't have to delete all the songs to put new ones on again and resync my playlists. I have my way but it's messy and time consuming (approx 3 hours) and I would like to just have the database file for when I reformat WMP11 knows what I have on the player and can resync the playlists like nothing happened.

I know you can do that two file backup like the

CurrentDatabase_360

and the

wmpfolders

files but does that also backup sync partnerships and transferred files?

I would profusely appreciate any help!
