a mystery turn-onner inside!

i turn off the t-10,
at any random point, it turns on by itself and the screen is on the whole time until i
discover the turned-on mp3 and i turn it off, or
until the battery runs out and dies itself.

ALSO!,

even if the screen isnt turned on,
and the whole device is off,
the battery STILL runs out, even though im not using it!

whats the PROBELM? i REALLY like this mp3!!

I don't have one, but it sounds like sleep mode, did you read the instructions?

it might not be a sleep problem. i had a similar problem, similar symptoms. i sent it in under warranty and it turned out to be a hardware failure, part #AH92-02739B. since the repair it has worked fine.

well, i dont think i have it under warranty, cuz i had it for almost 2 years.
what should i do/ where do i get the new hardware?
