View says all music tracks are 'Bad Tracks' and none of my photos are recognised. . .

Basically, I bought my view a few months ago. I had quite a lot of problems with it, most of which are now sorted. However, last night, after putting some new photo's and video's on, it basically went on strike. It doesn't recognize any of the previously OK music tracks (none of the 2000 that I've got on there anyway). It also doesn't recognize any of the photos that I've got on there. It says that they are an unsupported format but I used Sansa's own converter to sort them. My Video's still work though, they're saved on an 8gb memory card and I used Any Video Converter to sort them out. Any advice on what I could do please? Should I format my player or is there another trick? Thanks very much for any help.

Oh, and please, two more things,
1) Is there any quick and easy way to sort out music tags?
2) Is there any reason why AVC, would lock up halfway through converting a dvr-ms video?
