I just got a new Sansa fuze about a month ago, and yesterday I was just carrying it around in my pocket. Today the switch to turn it on isnt working. It's just stuck in the center or you can push it down (to hold), but up it gets stuck. I can use like a pen to push it up but is there any way to loosen the switch back to what it was?

Since it's only a month old, I would exchange it under warranty.

I'll consider it, but are there anyways to fix it, since this would be my 3rd fuze.

![]() If you attempt to fix it and can't, just by cracking the seal you will void the warranty. You might want to think twice, as you'll have a hard time getting the part/parts. Just do what dfkt said and if the place you got it from won't give you a new one, contact sandisk for rma.
