I don't think you can remove the scratches with generic CD polishers, because they just polish the surface, and rub the rest of it flat again.

The P3 has a glass screen, so it would probably be too hard for it to polish.

However, I've heard of a product that, instead of polishing the surface, actually fills in the scratches with a solution and then hardens. I THINK that AppleSauce might be it, but I'm not 100%...
