NWZ-639F podcasts
Is there some setting, or playlist thing I can set up so that when my NWX-639F finishes playing one podcast, it'll move on and start playing the next automatically?

Unfortunately, no. You can't create a playlist for podcasts. Sorry. You'll have to start each one manually after the previous one is completed. This would have been a nice feature though. I would suggest that you keep your S639 and not upgrade to the new S540 series as all podcast support has been removed. At least the S639 can resume paused playback on every MP3 and MP4 in the podcast directory.
