X5 + Rockbox shortcut during playing !

Hi everybody, I use my X5 for some years (with rockbox),

I haven't any problem with it ( just a new battery last year), but since a little moment a problem appears :

During playing, the X5 stops suddenly. I have to reboot it, but it seems to be a shortcut because the battery is nearly empty after that.

At first time I was thinking that it was a connectivity problem around the jack plug, but the same problem appears when playing thru the dock with no headphone connected ...

So I'm asking myself about the health of the hard disk drive ...

I search thru the forum but haven't found any trouble like this ...

Anybody has experienced something similar ? Do you think that a HDD change will resolve this ?
