It's definitely worth it at the price. It just seems an eternity.

Agreed, the x-fi2 looks really poor all-round.

Hereīs hoping they have them for tomorrow. Somehow I doubt it!

Tried to call them up but of course got no sense out of them. Apparently the customer service department simply "donīt know" what stock the warehouse has. Jeez....maybe if Carlsberg did Multi Purpose Online Stores......

They've done it once again. The 32GB is "Temporarily out of stock", so is the R1.

Itīs now listed at Dabs.com and the BT shop at the same price. Unfortunately none have it in stock.

So strange that the only places that have it are charging a fortune! I donīt get it!

Think Iīm gunna ahve to fork out for the X1060, despite a lousy browser, no FLAC support, possible lastability issues and an uglier design Still it should sound pretty sick!

i'd been waiting on play.com since mid august and finally gave up a few weeks ago and cancelled my order. was considering the ipod classic and touch for a little while (LOL) but they didn't feel alright so decided to buy the p3 on ebay from a seller in south korea for Ģ220 incl posting last week. 4 days later it landed in my postbox and in my opinion it's worth the 70 quid extra, only should have decided to get it this way already in august when my iriver h340 finally gave up on me rather than waiting on play.com!

original release date was the 31st of July. And I cancelled, as you can see in my sig.
I've had a lot of people getting let down by play recently. One friend had to wait over a month for a set of X41s, even though they were down as 'in stock'
