Playlist help! I've read all the other threads!

I can not get S638 back to MTP mode. I have tried doing this

I get NO option for selecting device UMS or MTP.

I've tried right clicking on songs, on the walkman, but get no option for "create playlist"

I have WMP 11 and have created playlists using it. I transferred all my music into the walkman no problem, and transferred the playlist files into the same folder. The player does not recognize the playlist files.

I have tried formating the walkman using the format option on the walkman itself, as well as reseting the player as well.

I am so stuck. I just want to put playlists on the damn walkman and I cant.

I registered here just so I can get an answer. Please someone help.
