Some people have ENORMOUS music librarys, and 32gb might not be enough for them. I think thats the main reason Dreamnine wants the 64GB A series. @samsungm1 saying that the S9/m1 is JUST better than the A series, but not explaining to us why, isn't saying much.

so, how strong is the screen, is it about the same as the players on that mohs hardness scale video? and also what about the rest of the player? what is it made of? how strong is it? does it seem in any way flimsy?

and also, how is it's ability to play games? does it use the "g-sensor"? what does the g-sensor even do?

The G-sensor is pretty much an accelerometer with a fancy name.


From Wikipedia:
"An accelerometer measures the proper acceleration it experiences relative to freefall. Single- and multi-axis models are available to detect magnitude and direction of the acceleration as a vector quantity, and can be used to sense orientation, vibration and shock. Micromachined accelerometers are increasingly present in portable electronic devices and video game controllers, to detect the orientation of the device or provide for game input."

The screen is really scratch resistant, Its made of brushed metal with a clear glossy scratch resistant cover over it, i actually thought it was gonna be very flimsy but i read the description and it said it weighed 91 grams and it felt very sturdy!!

what id3 tags work the best? I ask this cause I just realized most of my music is v2.4 and my current mp3 player works best with v2.3

I've been unable to get the M1 recognize any of my id3 tags in my collection of ten years worth of music; neither on MP3, Vorbis, nor FLAC, self-ripped, bought from Amazon MP3 or Deutsche Grammophon online shops. It displays the album art (except for FLAC), and that's it.
