I recently upgraded to windows 7 professional 64bit and my zen vision m doesn't connect to the computer. It is listed in devices control panel and when i tried updated the drivers i got a blue screen, also WMP doesn't detect it. Has anyone got it working on windows or is this a lack of software support from creative.

Dont' know what to tell ya bud. I have W7 x64 Professional and mine seems to work fine? I don't have any WMP installed though so i'm not sure if it can detect it or not. I just use explorer and drag and drop music/movies/pictures etc. onto it.
I have ZVM 60 gig too. |

ohhh erm, i try and update it through my friends xp computer because it may be the version i'm using since i haven't updated it since i brought it which is like 2-3 yrs ago.

What firmware version is your Zen mines version 1.40.02e (to check the version go to on your player system>information and then version will appear in the list).

that update was a bit quick bit i just tried on my brothers laptop running windows 7 professional 64 as well and when it installed drivers it worked fine. I try and uninstall the drivers and see what happens

finely it work just as i was considering a change. there was a problem with the driver and reinstalling didn't seem to affect it but when i ran windows device troubleshooter all was fixed

That's great to hear man! Sorry was out all day today. Always glad to see a ZVM work correctly! I take it you don't need my version anymore huh? =P
