Exclamation problem with my zen vision:m not found...

hello, sorry but mi englsh us very poor.
I have a zen Vision m. A few days ago that will not start. I left it loading and when you plug in the light blue button on / off
He's been carrying more than 2 days and nothing ..

The PC does not recognize me as I plug the usb
When I try to turn the light tinkling Azzul but nothing more,
I try restarting but nothing has happened.

What can I do? anyone have any ideas?
Now I realized how dependent I am the appliance! I can not stand to go down the street without it! je

Hola, tengo un zen cision m. Hace unos días que no enciende. Lo dejé cargando y cuando lo enchufo la luz azul del boton de on/of tintinea.
Ya lleva cargando mas de 2 días y nada..

La PC tampoco me lo reconoce cundo lo enchufo al usb,
Cuando intento encenderlo la luz azzul tintinea pero nada mas,
Ya intente reiniciarlo pero no ha pasado nada.

Qué puedo hacer?? alguien tiene alguna idea?
Ahora me di cuento lo dependiente que soy del aparato! No aguanto ir por la calle sin él! je

The rapid-blinking blue light means that the Zen's battery is too drained to allow the player to turn on.

It can take 24 hours or more to completely recharge the Zen using USB. If you see the blue light blinking slowly when you plug it in, then the player is charging, and you will have to wait for it to finish charging.

If, after leaving the Zen to charge for more than a day, it still does not turn on, then the battery may be defective and not able to be charged anymore. The battery will have to be replaced.

Muchas gracias por tu respusta.
Tengo el zen enchufado al puerto USB hace varios días y no carga, así que la bateria debe de estar agotada.
Voy a tratar de cambiarla, el problema que en mi pasís Uruguay no hay service de Creative...

I have the Zen plugged into a USB port for several days and does not load, so the battery should be exhausted.
I'll try to change it, the problem that is not my pasis Uruguay Creative Service ...

You will probably have to buy a replacement battery from a third-party store, since Creative has no Service Center for your country (and your warranty has probably expired a long time ago anyway).

I cannot make any recommendations for any stores since I do not know what options are available in Uruguay. You'll have to get on the Internet and let Google be your guide.
