BlueTooth phone function cannot disconnect

Hi, I just bought the P3 and found that there is a lag when disconnecting after making a phone call. The phone i used to pair up is HTC diamond 2. The disconnect key do not seem to work when i try to end the call, it takes a while before it finally disconnect on its own. Anyone experienced this and have a solution for it? Btw, my firmware is 2.10. Thanks!
