Unable to update p3.rsc file p3 not showing up in emodio
I have a Ypp3 for the last 8 months and love it. A few weeks ago some water spilled in my bag and some got on my mp3 player
 i thought it was dead but left it in hot press anyway to dry out,just in case. A couple days ago, I took it out and plugged it into my laptop and it seemed to come back to life! However the only screen that comes up says 'please connect to USB and update ypp3.rsc file'. I downloaded the new firmware but as the p3 doesnt show up in my emodio or 'my computer' i dont know how I could update it.If anyone can help I would really appreciate it, as I cant live much longer without my music!Thanks in advance...

it sounds like something somewhere got lost/damaged on the flash memory. I hate to say this, but I don't know what to recommend to you :0
