What problem(s) are you having with using drag-and drop on your player?

I have a S Series-545 that is having problems with the drag and drop too.
When I drag and drop, the Sony window disappears and I have to unplug the port and plug it back in for the display to appear again. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Can somebody help me ... please.

Since you are using iTunes, one program you may want to try is Content Transfer (CT). It's available as a free download from the SonyStyle website.

CT basically works as a go-between between your Sony player and iTunes, and allows your drag-and-drop music, playlists, videos, and podcasts from iTunes to your player (but it won't work with DRM protected content). It also works with Windows Explorer.

I hope this works for you.

I downloaded the Content Transfer when I bought the mp3 player. It still doesn't work to just click and drag content I want, it transfers ALL content; pics, videos etc.

I want to just click and drag certain songs! I tried transferring music from Windows Media player instead of iTunes and that too, shuts down the upload window.
