Delay Write Error while transfering songs with sony NW-E005F - New!

When trying to transfer songs from the library to the player using SonicStage software i get a write delay error F:\OMGAUDIO\10F00\10000029.oma for example comes up and it disconnects the device, it says a problem with your hardware or network connection might cause it, i updated a patch to SonicStage 4.2 and its still doing it, any suggestions to fix the problem
