I need to return my X5 (reason: Small crappy screen, joystick). The Website says that "you need an RMA number for returns" but they do not tell you how to do so. I tried calling 949-305-8880. That number drops me off with a series of beeps and then hangups. Right after the last beep so it isn't a voicemail system. I doubt I'll get another Cowon product. What ever happened to Iriver? My guess is that there was a shakeup in management at Iriver because thier current products are no where near as nice as their past products.

But, make sure you complete the form, and DEFINITELY include your "Order ID #." They will email the RMA to you. Good luck!

If the Cowon's screen were a little bigger and had a better viewing angle I would have kept it. I also have a ZEN V plus, and the Viewing angle of the Zen V-Plus is much wider than the X5 IMO. Oh well, I might be stuck with the X5 because I can't find the freaking headphones!! |

The Zen V Plus has a 1.5" screen. This is better than the 1.3" screen the iAudio 6 has.
Actually, I prefer viewing videos on the V+, the color is more vivid, too.
