One handed?

Is it actually possible to use this easily one handed?

I've heard it's harder than it looks or it's quite easy.

What are your opinions on this?

It can be done but I certainly wouldn't describe it as being easy (especially when compared to other iRiver players like the Clix). I find the best way to accomplish this is to change the orientation under display settings to portrait. That way all of the navigation controls can be easily managed using your index and middle fingers while your thumb can be used to navigate the touch screen. Adjusting the volume on the other hand may be a bit of a challenge unless you can find a way to adjust it with your pinky finger.
