Recovery Mode For Zen V

My Zen V suddenly starts up in recovery mode every time I turn it on. Whatever I try here, won't work. I've rebooted, reloaded firmware, formated and cleaned up. Everytime it just starts up in recovery mode again. Have tried all solutions earlier mentioned here.. Somehow the computer suddenly calls it Creative Zen V Video when connecting. Have never seen the Video-part there before..
Help, anyone? :/

i pressed the button reload firmware and the device wasnt connected to a pc and now i cant put music or anything !can u guys help me to resolve it!

I've looked through all of the responses for the Zen. I have a Zen V Plus and I've tried what the people have posted on here and it still does not work.
