H320 HDD replacement MK3004-3006 same?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Looking for a HDD replacement and would like some more space. No more 40gig single disk drives out there, so 30gig it is. I have found this:

From what I've read, the H320 needs a 50pin, this says 44-pin. The original drive was a MK2004 (made in '04) would one made in '06 be so different?

Please halp with my confusion. Any links to a site that sells the proper drive, or a forum where this is covered would be helpful. Thanks!
