Some websites provide RSS feeds with summaries of latest news or updates to the website. Subscribing to an RSS feed let you download those summaries to read when you're offline or elsewhere. Enabling you to check the latest updates on your favorite sites without having to visit them all.

In your Zen's root folder should be an application called "RSSSyncronizer". Double click on that, add the link to the RSS feed of your choice to the list and press update. Then you will have it according to your settings under the RSS on the player.
