Firmware Problems To No Avail

So my vision M had the firmware problem message come up and ive eventually tried to reload the new updated firmware but i still get the message coming up. Anyone Got Any Ideas?

Mainly I want to get my music off the zen and keep it on my laptop until i get a new player if i cant fix this one Is there any way of doing this?

What is the exact filename of the firmware file you are trying to install?

Well i assumed i needed the new firmware for the player so i downloaded the newest one i could find, maybe 1.6 or something to that effect but it still didnt work?

Could you possibly link me to the firmware i need?

Is there anyway i can get my music off the player? Im desperate haha

My player stops freezes re-building after 1/6 of the green bar is there. I think i might have the right firmware it just freeze at that point. How can i fix it or atleast get the music off it?
