Change language for A916

I've a MP4 NW-A916 but language's Japanese. I tried to change from Japanese to English but not done because I can't understand Japanese. Plzz help me how to change language for it step by step. Thanks you very much!

'if' you have the option, it should be on a separate menu item on under Setting (the suitcase folder on the Home menu - bottom LH corner).

'if' it's there, it should be the second from bottom menu item. English should be second item down.

but, i also recently bought a Japanese model Sony and it did not have any other language option...
