P3 Video format and playback help?

Hi, I just got my P3 yesterday and I've already gotten to know how things kind of work because I got the P2. Since I was putting in videos by Emodio I opened up the files on the P3 and it says," not supported format", and they're all .wmv and .mp4. I've even drag and drop them into P3 storage file and it still says that. Also, some of my video files on the P3, its doesn't sync very well and the video doesn't run smoothly, but the audio does. Its look like someone keeps pressing the pause button repeatly, but you can hear the audio of the video fine. Can someone help me with these problems and spare me with some advice and suggestions?

If you don't have Excel or OpenOffice you can't of course.
Every PC user must have one of those softwares on his computer!!

exactly I don't..i already boxed up my things and thats one of the things that I haved boxed up...can the P3 connect to divx? If so, how can I do that because I'm trying to figure out a way to use Xvid/Divx?

if you mean wheather th p3 can play divx... then.. yes if you have installed firmware 2.07 or later....
but which resolution adn bitrate have the videos....???

I suggest not using emodio and just drag and drop. You should also use a decent video conversion software and convert your video's before you transfer them to your P3
