A (beta) useful online SPL playlist converter
I haven't had much luck creating SPL playlists using various desktop applications, so I dug up some info about the format, and created a spanky online tool for converting M3U playlists to this enigmatic format.

Thanks to TomCat39 for the detailed documentation and testing! Also! There is some very basic functionality to convert SRT subtitle files for those whypee-peethree owners with firmware 2.20 or above.
