Hey guys, good friend of mine got an A845B 16GB today and he's having problems. When he plugs it into the computer, the player just says "Connecting". This would be fine, but it doesn't seem to do anything after that point - it stays on that screen forever. He tried it for about half an hour before completely giving up.
First time plugging it in, the drivers installed with no apparent problems but it won't let him access the folders. After 2 attempts, it worked on another computer - but no luck with his computer. The computer recognizes that something has been plugged in but past that point nothing seems to work. He can't view the player, can't change anything, and nothing does anything. He's tried using the reset button, but to no avail. He has Windows Vista 32bit. Any help greatly appreciated. EDIT: He was able to get it to show up Autoplay for it, but... ![]() And it won't show up in My Computer.

Has he tried it on any other PC? By the way, there is a manual MTP mode activation under 'Common settings' on the player itself for times when it has problems being recognised.
