Thanks, Lebellium. I don't have mine yet, but a friend does. She was so excited to get hers, and opened it up only to find she couldn't understand the settings or anything else that should have been in english for her to read. You are my hero, and now I'm hers.

If her M1 Interface is in Korean language, she just has to go to the settings and the language setting is written in English, whatever the Interface language. So normally she can change the language easily. No need to change the region code for that

Yes, but the menu listings were in Korean, and neither of us could read which line had to be selected to get to the language settings. I found a link to the english user manual, and narrowed it down from there. The Config.dat trick was the final cap on the solution. Thanks again.

Just bought an M1 how does it compare to P3 in terms of sound quality? Also is the screen glass or gorrila glass?

The manual describes the M1 as tempored glass and stainless steel. Its built like a brick, and heavier than Cowons J3.
Sound wise I find the M1 and P3 about the same. I haven't had much ear-time on an M1 yet though. Once we got my friend's M1 all englified she wouldn't let me play with it anymore. |

lol Geek friend?
![]() It sounds as good as the P3 but there is a bit more "background noise" (hiss?) with sensible IEM

Hello,
does someone have an official usb charger for the M1? I want to know amperage of it. Because I juste charge my M1 with an ipod charger, it seem to work but I don't know if it's good for the battery. And after 2hours, it says "charging complete" but when I powered ON the M1 battery was at 90% :s Thank you. |

No official charger.
If your UBS charger is 5V 1A/1000mA that's fine.

I've got it, but what if I lose or break that annoying proprietary usb cable? I can't find another one anywhere (except, maybe, for some korean online shops which charge more for shipment than for the cable itself) and I won't be able to use my M1 anymore...

However, in your review you were clearly transferring an MP3 file (by the way, I have also a white SE K610). Just in case it could matter, I am using: MTP, FW 1.29 EU-00-JE1, BT File Transfer mode, UI Style 1. |

Watch my video from 3:45. The M1 interface is in French but I guess you can understand with the picture. You can transfer any file in Bluetooth

thank you. |

I haven't been able to figure out what kind of HD videos work on my m1.
Could someone suggest a good converting software that I could try? Also a converting software that converts from .iso to some video format which the m1 could play would be ideal. Thanks |
