My Zen Vision M just kicked the bucket. So, I was thinking of getting the Zen X-Fi, but I just recently found out through looking on the forum that it only supports video resolution of 320x420 and that simply wont do. I have several home vids that I share with family and friends and I dont want to have to convert all the videos and future videos just cause they -for some strange reason- put a limit on the resolution that is accepts. I'm thinking of just buying a used Zen Vision M since it worked so well and did everything I wanted but I wanted to see if anyone knew of any other newer MP3/Video/Photo player that was equally as good as Vision M or better. I love watching videos on my player so support of avi, wmv, and divx is a must (without having to convert). If anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate it. Thanks

IMHO there is none better than the ZVM. I can say the newer Zen X-Fi2 can use the same resolution as the ZVM & can output to TV. There are some buyer reviews of the player on this page. http://us.outletstore.creative.com/Z...B002NKLRF2.htm

Thanks coachop. Does that mean it doesnt have to convert like the Vision M? I hardly ever had to convert with it. Right now I have some videos that the resolution is 960x540. Will I have to convert it when I try to put it on the player? Thanks

I don't know what resolution it can handle just that it has the TV output feature. I would assume it's the same as the ZVM.
