Has anyone else tried displaying the system time in an application, just to find it displays the wrong time?
I've done this in my StopWatch app here >> and the time displayed is one hour forward of the player's system time (i.e. 6:00 when it is 5:00), almost like a daylight saving time change!? Can't find anything in the settings about DST to counter the issue. The function I used to get the time is: os.date("%a %b %d, %Y, %H:%M:%S") which should format the Date/Time according to the rules of the C function strftime(). Any ideas? Perhaps this should be posted in the bug reports thread? I am using OS version 1.21.05 |
