SPINN not recognized!

hi.i bought yesterday a SPINN and when i plug it my pc dosen't "see" it....it starts to charge and give the message "power and data" - "power and play" but nothing happens on pc....i pressed "power and data", i tried to reset it from the back button, i format it and still nothing... i tried on PC with win 7 installed and on Laptop with xp installed...it dosen't finds the device not even on bios....any kind of help will be apreciated..ty in advance
