M1 Problem [cannot turn on]

hi i'm M1 user

i want to ask

when my M1 switch off like it's battery is depleted for 1 day when i recharge again my M1 don't want switch on

note : i have recharge for 2 hour but nothing happen

when i go to this forum that i found the solution to reset the device with push the same time "power + volume within a few second"

nb : i have 2 time like this but before i just recharge for half hour the the device turn on again

the problem solved but i have a question


- if there the device can't depleted or what
- if like this happen a lot is there trouble for the device like broken or what

until now i always recharge before the battery depleted.

i love this thing ... the best player so far...pls give me the advice
