Zune Pass Dosent Work

ok, so I switched Zune Pass to a different credit card, the day we got the new update (before installing it) and in the process i was left with no zune pass for a little while. i purchased zune pass through the newly updated software just as i had done originally, and it worked fine. later it seemed that i had no pass. I tried to buy zune pass again through the software, but kept getting an error, so i checked the zune website, and it says i do have a pass. What should i do, i cant use my zune pass on my PC or on my Zune, although i can listen to my songs, but i could do that when i actually had no pass.
