Formatted HDD - lost my live ID and Zune account details :( Help!

Hey abi's,

I had to re-format my HDD a couple of days ago. In doing so, all my private files and accounts were backed up with 1 exception - my Zune details (and associated US Windows live ID).

I have not been able to remember correctly my windows live ID and password for my US based account. I have also not been able to login to my Zune Software.

What I do have is my ZuneHD device itself and copies of the Zune Passes I have (active out to end JAN 2011 or so).

Is there any way I can recover my details from either the device or from my Zune passes. I just cannot remember my windows live ID at all, as it was only used to setup my ZuneHD.

Any ideas GREATLY appreciated !
