Zen MX Completely Dead
I know that others have had this problem--need some hope!! Zen was working just fine until I decided to upgrade the firmware. Connected it to computer and tried to upgrade--wouldn't do it and finally said that my current firmware was a later edition than the one I was trying to install. OK, so I unplugged and since then, it has no power AT ALL. I have tried holding the reset button simultaneously and alone with the power button--I have tried everything. Have used the wall charger all night. Nothing. The computer does not recognize it being attached. I cannot use the recovery tool cause it isn't being recognized. How could it have gone so wrong? It is just over 1 year old. Is there any chance at all---or do I have to go do the iPod thing?
