New 3.7 theme glitch

After installing 3.7, I can't get rid of the default white skin. If I go to theme settings and select a different theme, the white skin at the beginning of start up shows on top of the theme I want to select. How do I fix this?

Usually if a theme doesn't load that means its either broken or out of date.

So I guess I have to reload all of my themes (none of them are loading properly).

Should I delete them manually or should I just install the themes and overwrite the old ones?

I always delete mine manually and then load the new ones...but that's me...saratoga may think differently.
