Charges for a few seconds and stops

So, I was out of luck and couldn't find a plug and accidently let my fuze die.

When I got home I plugged it in and let it charged, and I come back in 4 hrs and realized it hasn't gone up at all it's just an empty battery at the bottom but it still says connected. I therefore choose to disconnect it and see what's wrong it completely turns back on me I plug it back in a realize that the batter blinks as if it's charging and does for 30 seconds tops and then stops. It only charges again if I unplug the thing and replug it in.

What's wrong? Is the battery completely dead or what?

EDIT: Okay I played with a bit and I think it's either the wire or the connection because when I wiggle it it starts to charge again. Is there any way to see if it's one or the other?

Are you sure the battery icon isn't just acting up? Maybe the battery actually is recharging, but you can't notice because of the firmware bugging out.

EDIT: Fuck, seems like I misread the date of the topic. Oh well.
