Question Questions about Zen Media Explorer

I got my Zen and put almost everything I need to on it. The software is crap, but I do need it because I understand that you can move files from Zen to the computer with it (through playing around I know I can manually copy files from device to PC, but I'm really not into spending that much time)

So my first question is, has anybody tried moving the files using Media Explorer?

And my second question is, due to my inabilty to get my installation disk, is there anywhere I can download the software?(Creative's site had nothing)

i use windows media player 11

it automatically syncs all of my songs when i get new ones and updates it with new tag info album are etc. very handy but its in beta still so there is a possibility that it will be a little buggy. but wmp10 works too. i don't like its interface nearly as much.

yeah, i normally use WMP11 but because i'm not at home, i share this computer with other people who also use WMP. Which means that the music library is not my music library.

Which is why i need to move songs from zen to pc in a fast way, like with Zen Media Explorer..
