How do you delete the sample music that SanDisk puts on the Fuze?

You probably have to delete that stuff in MTP mode connected to your computer.

I tried that, connecting to it using WMP. I was able to delete the one movie file (I think), but it didn't show any of the music files.

Use Windows Explorer, not WMP.
