So apparently I'm now an App Art Designer

... I did the artwork on two applications that just launched on the Windows Phone marketplace - check 'em out...

The first is "Mastermind Passport" - a version of the classic board game Mastermind that has you guessing combinations of flags instead of coloured pegs.

The second is "ColorSpill" - a game where the goal is to fill a square made up of blocks with all the same colour in the fewest number of steps.

Both have trial modes if you're interested in checking them out for free. I didn't do the software development, but if you have any comments or feedback on the artwork, I'd be genuinely interested in hearing...

Ya, the games are completely different of course, but the art has some common elements. I'm not that great of a designer (yet!).

I'm really happy with my Focus. I have the Incipio Feather case for it which I think is a nice addition - I'm not a fan of the plastic-y back after enjoying the solid feel of my iPhone 4, Zune HD and my Lenovo laptop. But, put the case on and the whole thing feels a lot more solid without feeling more bulky.

The screen is gorgeous - no question there - and for a first generation phone, it is a very, very nice product. I'm looking forward to seeing what else other OEMs bring out to compete with the Focus in the US-market.

Any word on other solid cases for the Focus ? I think the feather looks to light on for coverage to offer any decent protection. Main benefit looks to be a more resistant back - as the Focus as shipped is a slippery little sucker!
